Yes! Our Free Tier allows you to manage one apartment with core features at no cost, forever. It's not a limited trial - you can use it indefinitely. When you're ready for more features like document uploads, financial reports, or managing multiple apartments, you can upgrade to a paid tier at any time.

Can I change my plan later?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be preserved according to our data retention policy, so you can reactivate whenever you're ready.
How do refunds work?
If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, but you retain full access for the time you've already paid for. This ensures fairness - you get what you paid for.

How many apartments can I manage?
It depends on your subscription tier:

What is the expense tracking feature?
The expense tracking feature allows you to:
  • Record all property-related expenses
  • Categorize expenses (utilities, maintenance, repairs, etc.)
  • Upload receipts and invoices
  • Generate expense reports
  • Calculate renter-shared expenses automatically
  • Track payment status (paid/unpaid)
This helps you stay organized and makes tax time much easier!
How does meter reading work?
The meter reading feature enables:
  • Renters to submit utility meter readings (water, gas, electricity)
  • Historical consumption tracking
  • Automated email reminders to renters
  • Consumption calculation between readings
  • Photo attachments of meter readings
  • Generation of consumption reports
This creates transparency and reduces disputes about utility usage.
Can I upload documents?
Yes! Document management includes:

How do I invite my renters?
Inviting renters is simple:

  2. Click "Add Renter"

  4. Click "Send Invitation"
They'll receive an email invitation to create their account and can then access the platform to view expenses, submit meter readings, and create maintenance requests.
